The Application may collect certain information automatically as part of its normal operation, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. The Application may also use certain features of the mobile device it is running on such the camera, storage and file systems, Bluetooth wireless, phone state and audio features. None of this information is sent by the Application to Chemkay or any third party. This site uses analytics and SEO data collections. Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect any information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No user information is passed to any third party.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Any information collected by the Application will be kept for as long as you use the Application. Please note that some or all of the information may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. No information is collected on any user.

Competition Terms & Conditions
All Elluminate competitions are run for Australian residents and entrants must reside within Australia to claim prize. If after 3 days of announcing the winner and notifying them via the email and/or Social Media, the entrant provided the prize has not been claimed, then it will be redrawn. All prizes must be claimed from our Head Office and will be sent to winner direct. Any offer advertised on this website or associated social media channel cannot be used in conjunction with another discount or promotion.
